Konichiwa! Here is Dawn and since I was stressing out over sum projects this week, I decided to make a list for ALL OF US THAT ARE STRESSING OR JUST NEED TO RELAX. And with that, I will use Onion Head and maybe Yoyo and Cici. And Tzuki. Well, HERE WE GOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dawn’s way to get rid of stress
1. First, find how much work u r doing! Dawn will devide that into levels=
LEVEL 1 *** THE NONE STRESS ONE***
– Ur not doing so much work, or at least to make u stress. keep up the good work.
LEVEL 2 *** THE REGULAR STRESS***
– It’s not like ur always stressed out. U have ur time for worrying and relaxing. u just stress sumtimes! its ok! as long as u can breathe, ur fine . u do a normal amount of work=3
LEVEL 3 *** SUPER STRESS= WATCH OUT!!!! UR GONNA EXPLODE FROM STRESS!!!!!***
– OMG ur just like me. Homework and other activites keep me so awfully busy I’ve become lazy and rude. I barely sleep! ur doing TOO MUCH WORK. LAY IT OFF. If u don’t believe me, look if u look like this a lot of the time.=

SLEEP AND REST!!!
EAT UR FAVE FOOD!!!
TAKE A LONG, HOT, RELAXING BATH!
So don’t let ur stress level go up, relax, stand tall and proud, and tel the world= IM STRESS FREE!!!
