@u@ HAI GAIS!!! Sorry for the complete off topic title I guess 😛 I just wanted to tell you guys what I’m doing for Spring Break ^^

Okay, so tomorrow (Tuesday), I’m going to Wanado City at 11 AM! 😀 I’m going with my friend. Ah, I’m gonna have fun so that then I relax and don’t worry. 🙂 I haven’t been to Wanado City in SO much time. Then on Wednesday, I suppose I’ll go to Michaels and buy my supplies for the necklace I’m making for Ancient India. So that day I’ll finish my Ancient India artifact and its description. On Thursday I’m going to the beach with a friend. I can already see the warm sand, and the ocean. Stress Reliever 😀 Then on Friday I don’t know what I’ll be doing… Maybe play more Pokémon: HeartGold? Maybe just relax or work a bit on a math project. Then on Saturday I’ll be working on my math project with another friend, and then on Sunday or Monday I’ll be working on my music project with a friend or two of them.

Bye guys! What are YOU guys doing during spring break? Are you even on spring break? ònó Tell me!

PS. I gotta chillax more XD

Erm… I Must Stop This Madness.

Um… Hi guys. I have a problem and I’d REALLY like to stop it. Okay, here it is.

I

Bite

My

Nails.

A lot.

It’s just hard to stop it. It started either this school year or the last school year. My nails are all disgusting and I have to keep them short. I don’t do it when I’m nervous; I do it WHENEVER. When I’m bored, annoyed, reading something, nervous, anxious, angry, playing games, entertained, etc. Sometimes I even do it when I’m extremely happy. I don’t know, I need something for my mouth to chew and bite and rip. I would try gum, but it’s like, illegal in our school. I can try it at home though… Any tip will be appreciated, because I REALLY want to stop. It’s my WORST bad habit.

PS. Don’t comment saying thats gross or whatever. I already know that okay?

;D S’up [Updates]

Sorry about not updating a lot. But today I have many topics to talk about, so this might be a long post! 😀

Topic #1: The Ring and The Blair Witch Project

So I’m the kind of person who BEGS to see a scary movie and is then paranoid forever after they watch it. But I will DEFINITELY not beg to watch THOSE movies. I was watching a music lyric video (Halloween by Aqua ;D) and there was this comment that said that the ringing phone in the beginning reminded them of The Ring. And that reminded me of the fanfic I had read the other day where a girl was watching the movie and was extremely scared. And so, I decided to look it up, and read about it. Here is what Wikipedia says:

Two teenage girls, 16-year-old Katie Embry (Amber Tamblyn) and 17-year-old Becca Kotler (Rachael Bella), discuss a supposedly cursed videotape while home alone at Katie’s house. Katie reveals that, seven days before, she went to a cabin at Shelter Mountain Inn with friends, where she viewed the video tape. The girls laugh it off, but after a series of strange occurrences in the next few minutes, involving a television in the house turning itself on, Katie mysteriously and horrifically dies while Becca watches, causing Becca to be institutionalized in a mental hospital. The film turns to Katie’s cousin, 9-year-old Aidan (David Dorfman), who is visibly affected by the death, and his mother, Rachel Keller (Naomi Watts), a journalist. After the funeral, Rachel’s sister Ruth Embry (Lindsay Frost) asks her to investigate Katie’s death, which leads her to the cabin where Katie watched the tape. Rachel finds and watches the tape; the phone rings, and she hears a child’s voice say “seven days”. Rachel is most upset after the call. The next day she calls Noah, her former boyfriend and father of Aidan, who has media-related skills, to show him the video. He asks her to make a copy for further investigation, which she does, but later takes it home herself. To Rachel’s horror, she discovers Aidan watching the copy a few days later.

After viewing the tape, Rachel begins experiencing nightmares, nose bleeds, and surreal situations (for instance, when she pauses a section of the tape in which a fly runs across the screen, she is able to pluck the fly from the monitor). Increasingly anxious about getting to the bottom of the tape, Rachel investigates images of a woman seen in the tape. Using a video lab, she discovers images in the tape’s overscan area, which through further research she discovers to be a lighthouse located on Moesko Island. The woman turns out to be Anna Morgan, who lived on the island in Washington, many years prior with her husband Richard (Brian Cox). Rachel discovers that, after bringing home an adopted daughter, tragedy befell the Morgan ranch – the horses raised on the ranch went mad and killed themselves, which in turn supposedly had caused Anna to become depressed and commit suicide. Rachel goes to the Morgan house and finds Richard, who refuses to talk about the video or his daughter and sends Rachel away. A local doctor tells Rachel that Anna could not carry a baby to term and adopted a child named Samara (Daveigh Chase). The doctor recounts that Anna soon complained about gruesome visions that only happened when Samara was around, so both were sent to a mental institution. While Rachel is investigating on Moesko Island, Noah is investigating the institution, where he finds Anna’s file and discovers that there was a video of Samara, but the video is missing. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Rachel sneaks back to the Morgan house, comes across the missing video and is confronted by Richard, who says that the girl was evil. He then electrocutes himself in the bathtub, sending Rachel running out of the room screaming.

Noah arrives and, with Rachel, goes to the barn to discover an attic where Samara was kept by her father. Behind the wallpaper they discover an image of a tree seen on the tape, which grows near the Shelter Mountain Inn. At the inn, they discover a well underneath the floor, in which Rachel finds Samara’s body, experiencing a vision of how her mother pushed her into it. Rachel notifies the authorities, and gives Samara a proper burial.

Rachel informs Aidan that they will no longer be troubled by Samara. However, Aidan is horrified, telling his mother she had freed her body, and that Samara never sleeps. In his apartment, Noah’s TV turns on, revealing an image in which Samara crawls from the well, walks toward the screen and crawls out of the set into the room. Samara stares directly at him and kills him, which Rachel discovers after racing to his apartment and seeing his face distorted like Katie’s was. Upon returning to her apartment, Rachel destroys and burns the original tape. She soon notices the tape marked “copy” underneath the couch. Afraid that Aidan will also fall victim to the tape, Rachel realizes the only way to escape is to copy the tape and show it to someone else, continuing the cycle. The movie ends with Rachel helping Aidan to copy the tape.

Just THAT scared me A LOT. And THAT is the description. And then, in the Japanese poster or something, it said that the movie made the movie The Blair Witch Project a ‘Stroll in the Woods’. Here’s the description for that one:

In 1994, film students Heather Donahue, Michael C. Williams and Joshua Leonard set out to produce a documentary about the fabled Blair Witch. They travel to Burkittsville, Maryland, formerly Blair, and interview locals about the legend of the Blair Witch. The locals tell them of a hermit named Rustin Parr that kidnapped seven children and brought them to his house in the forests. Parr brought the children into his basement in twos. He felt that their eyes were staring into his soul when he was being watched, so he would kill one child while the other faced a corner. He would then kill the corner child. Parr eventually turned himself in to the police, later pleading insanity, saying that the spirit of a witch killed in the 18th century had convinced him to kill the seven children. The trio also interviews Mary Brown, an eccentric older woman who tells them that she had an encounter with the Blair Witch as a young girl. The second day, the students begin to explore the woods in north Burkittsville to look for evidence of the Blair Witch. Along the way, a fisherman warns them that the woods are haunted. The students hike to Coffin Rock, where five men were found ritualistically murdered in the 19th century, and then camp for the night. The next day they move deeper into the forest, despite being uncertain of their exact location on the map. They eventually locate what appears to be an old cemetery with seven small cairns. They set up camp nearby and then return to the cemetery after dark. One of the students accidentally disturbs a cairn, and Heather hastily repairs it. Later, they hear strange cracking sounds in the darkness however they cannot locate the source and assume it was animals or someone following them.

The following day they attempt to return to their vehicle, however fail to find it before darkness falls and are forced to set camp. That night, they again hear cracking noises, but cannot see anything. The next morning they find three small cairns have been built around their tent during the night. As they continue to try and find their way out of the woods, Heather realizes that her map is missing, and Mike later reveals that he kicked it into a creek out of frustration the previous day. Josh and Heather attack Mike out of a fit of intense rage. They then realize they are now thoroughly lost, and decide to simply head south. Soon, they discover a multitude of humanoid stick figures made of woven sticks and branches suspended from trees. Although viewers could not know until later in the film, Heather cut one of them down before they left. That night, they hear more strange noises, including the sounds of children, and unknown entities brush against the sides of their tent. They flee their tent in panic and hide in the dark woods until dawn. Upon returning to their tent, they find that their possessions have been rifled through, and Josh’s equipment is covered with slime causing him to panic. As the day wears on, they mysteriously pass a log that was identical to a log they had passed earlier, despite having traveled directly south all day, and again set camp completely demoralized at having wasted the entire day.

The next morning, Josh has disappeared. After trying in vain to find him, Mike and Heather eventually break camp and slowly move on. That night, they hear Josh’s screams in the darkness, but are not able to find him. The next morning, Heather finds a bundle of sticks and fabric outside their tent. Later inspection reveals it to contain blood-soaked scraps of clothing and what appears to be Josh’s bloody human hair, teeth, and what resembles a tongue, but she does not mention this to Mike.

That night, Heather makes a tape of herself apologizing to the others and her family and breaks down crying while she says, “we’re gonna die out here tonight…”. Later, they hear Josh’s agonized cries for help again, but this time they follow them to an abandoned house in the woods. Mike races throughout the house while Heather tries to follow, and claims he hears Josh in the basement. He follows the sound and after what seems to be a struggle, goes silent and drops his camera to the floor. Heather then catches up and notices he is not answering her calls. She then enters the basement looking for both men, and her camera sees a glimpse of Mike facing the corner. Then Heather drops her camera, and her screams suddenly fall silent.

All of this is from Wikipedia. Then, I checked the ratings, and unless I read wrong, The Ring is PG-13, and The Blair Witch Project is rated R. And in MY opinion, The Ring sounds A LOT more scary. Have YOU guys ever seen those movies? And why is The Ring called The Ring :[
